Britney's Valentine's Day Cake From Charlie

Britney Spears and her boyfriend of nearly 4 months, TV Producer Charlie Ebersol, have been engaging in an ultra competitive yet super friendly cake war for 2 months. On Britney's 33rd birthday last December Charlie surprised her with an extravagant cake designed by Duff's Cake Mix baker extraordinaire Duff Goldman. Charlie concocted the idea for Britney's cake himself. The inspiration was Disneyland's Club 33. It's a reference to his girlfriend turning 33 years old as well as a nod to the attraction's private club (Club 33) that's located in the heart of the New Orleans Square section of the iconic Californian theme park. All of Britney Army knows New Orleans is 90 minutes away from Britney's hometown of  Kentwood, Louisiana so this was a sweet way for Charlie to pay tribute to Britney's southern heritage too.  The blonde beauty also got to chow down on Belgian waffles and she was given a framed picture containing the lyrics to Alanis Morrissette's song 'Thank You'.

The pop princess was delighted with the scrumptious dessert. This signaled the start of  'Cake Wars: Spears vs. Ebersol.' Game on! Not to be out done by her new love Britney began planning the ultimate birthday cake she'd gift her man with. She came up with an even more awesome idea for Charlie's bday cake that incorporated scenes of his favorite films displayed on an edible movie reel designed by Duff of Duff's Cake Mix, of course. Charlie was absolutely blown away and touched to receive this incredible symbol of love and life that is his 32nd birthday cake.

So the score was even: 1 to 1. Both Britney and Charlie were determined to capture the title of champion. The battle continued. Who would win the cake war? Well it looks like Charlie was really in it to win it. For Valentine's Day the Notre Dame alum had a mouth watering red, pink and white lovers cake whipped up. It is a four tiered, romance themed design. Circling the bottom layer are more than a dozen chocolate cupcakes all topped with creamy pink icing. At the tippity top of this sweet treat is a huge, and I do mean huge, red heart with the words 'Charlie hearts Britney' etched on to it. Brit Brit posted a photo on Twitter of herself smiling wide as she proudly stands next to the most amazing V-Day cake of all time. She declared Charlie as the winner of  this year's 'Cake Wars: Spears vs. Ebersol'.

"Cake war over! Charlie wins!!!! Happy Valentine's Day everyone."

And there you have it. Congratulations to Charlie. May today be the best Valentine's Day ever for this beautiful couple!! XO
